Mittelgroßer, flacher Klarwassersee östlich von Lübben am Rand des Spreewald-Biosphärenreservats; ruhig, naturbelassen, gut zugänglich.
Water structure
140 ha Fläche, max. 6 m, Ø 3 m. Sandig-schlammige Sohle, dichte Krautfelder im Sommer, Schilfgürtel an Süd- und Ostufer, einzelne Tiefenrinnen.

Glaziale Senke am nördlichen Spreewaldrand. Bewirtschaftung durch DAV-Brandenburg (LAVB) als Verbandsgewässer.

Water temperature rises slowly. Perch move into shallow bays, pike finish spawning. Best time: from mid-April along weed edges.
Summer
Warm and nutrient-rich. Predators bite early morning or evening. Night fishing for eel and catfish is most productive now.
Autumn
Pike and zander feed up for winter. Large soft swimbaits & a slow presentation get the big ones now.
Winter
Cold and clear. Target species in deeper troughs. Vertical jigging from the boat or a bottom rig at dusk give the best chances.
